The Satake Color Grader PCGA Series 4 is the direct successor to the internationally accepted Kent Jones and Martin Flour Color Grader.
This automated instrument gives the quality assurance controller an accurate and reliable indication of the color and hence the purity of flour.The Color Grader PCGA Series 4 accepts the test sample prepared by the traditional method.
After automatic standardisation, the sample is analysed and the flour grade displayed via 15mm led's and simultaneously printed with time and date on the built-in printer.
The instrument is compact and robust, includes time out alarms, print paper advance, dual voltage facility and uses state of the art electronic circuitry.
