Sort Testing Lab
At the Houston headquarters, Satake maintains a fully equipped lab with all of our current sorting technologies represented. Satake also maintains a lab at our Modesto, California office, which services the West Coast region. Conducting sort tests for our customers is a very important part of our business, for it is our opportunity to show perspective customers exactly what they can achieve with our technology. Our Applications group is comprised of individuals that have many years of sorting experience and they have all worked in the field as well as the lab. Their thorough knowledge of the equipment, the products and the processes involved enable them to help customers choose the right machines and also make sure that the customers fully understand the requirements for installing and operating the machines.
Process for conducting a sort test
1. CONTACT SATAKE SALES REPRESENTATIVE TO DETERMINE VIABILITY OF SORT AND ESTABLISH CRITERIA

2. SEND SAMPLE TO OUR HOUSTON OR MODESTO SORT TEST LAB, AS DETERMINED DURING DISCUSSION WITH SALESPERSON
3. THE SAMPLE WILL BE LOGGED IN AND COMPLETED AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE- GENERALLY WITHIN 2 WEEKS
4. COMPLETE SORTED SAMPLE WILL BE RETURNED TO CUSTOMER AND SALESPERSON WILL FOLLOW UP TO DISCUSS RESULTS AND FUTURE STEPS

WE WILL NOT DISCLOSE ANY SORT TEST DATA OR INFORMATION WITHOUT PRIOR CUSTOMER APPROVAL
NOTE: WHEN SENDING PLASTIC SAMPLES FOR TESTING, PLEASE INCLUDE MSDS INFORMATION OR A NOTE ON COMPANY LETTERHEAD STATING THAT THERE IS NO HAZARDOUS MATERIAL CONTAINED IN THE SAMPLE.
