Simple measuring
Measurements are taken on whole short grains of brown or white rice, eliminating the need to pulverize or grind the test samples.

Easy operation
Operates at the touch of a button. Results of the analyses are displayed on the unit and printed within 50 seconds by a built-in printer.

Accurate measurements
Uses NIR (Near Infrared Rays) to accurately measure amylose, protein, moisture, taste value and fatty acid for brown rice.

Continuous measurements
Continuous measurements can be taken by installing the CTA10CK Analyzer in the rice stream by adding optional parts at the intake and discharge sections of the analyzer.
