Significantly decreased acceptable grains in rejects
Individual grains are distinguished by using digital imagery processing to remove rejected grains. As a result, fewer acceptable grains are lost to the rejects.
Higher sorting accuracy
Sorting accuracy has been improved by the use of CCD (Charged Coupled Device) sensors. These sensors have five times the resolution capability of conventional camera types. Small defects are sensed and rejected with higher accuracy.
Sorting capability for any rice
Because of its computerized control system, the RMGS Series can be applied for many types of rice. Thus, sorting chalky, discolored, transparent, white resin, stones and glass simultaneously.
Lower air consumption
The shorter the distance between the ejector nozzle and the grain to be ejected, the compressed air consumption is reduced by two-thirds over conventional models.
