Fast and accurate quality classification
The quality of rice can be determined by both the reflected and transmitted light signals of each grain measured by the sensor. In accordance with the quality, the rice grains are classified into 6 categories of brown and 5 categories of milled rice.
Quality grading
The rice grains are graded into four categories from Numbers 1 to 4 according to rice quality. The judgement and grading criteria can be adjusted by the operator.
On-line availability
The quality of rice can be automatically measured by the on-line type analyzer in the milling line. The measured data is automatically transferred to the host computer for data analysis.
